HANOI, OCTOBER 5 (Engineering Daily) -- The Prime Minister has given instruction about proposal of railway project using ODA loans from Korea Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF).
In particular, the Prime Minister has agreed on the proposal of Ministry of Planning and Investment to use ODA loans from EDCF for railway project.
The Prime Minister has assigned Ministry of Transport to prepare the report of proposal for “Rehabilitation of Hoa Duyet – Thanh Luyen section, Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City railway” and “Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City railway safety improvement, Phase 2”, and to submit for approval as regulation.
